HIIT


High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of exercise that alternates between short bursts of intense activity and brief recovery periods. The goal is to push your body to its limits during the high-intensity intervals, which typically last between 20 to 40 seconds, followed by a short rest period. HIIT can improve cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle mass, and reduce body fat.

It can be done with various exercises, including bodyweight, cycling, running, boxing, you name it. The best part is, it can be done by absolutely anyone, it is so easily adapted to different fitness levels and goals.
